Diaphragm coupling meets power source and load requirements

The diaphragm coupling uses a very thin metal diaphragm as the elastic element, with low angular and axial stiffness,

so the additional axial force and additional bending moment are very small. Because the gear coupling tooth surfaces

can slide relative to each other, people often feel that the gear coupling can compensate for greater angular and axial

misalignment without additional impact on the unit. Diaphragm couplings are often used in servo systems. The diaphragm

has good torque rigidity and is easily damaged if misused or not installed correctly during use. It is necessary to keep the

coupling within the normal operating tolerance range. Choosing a suitable coupling is a key step to making good use of

the coupling.

When the motor is started and running, the unbalanced torque can easily cause radial vibration of the current collecting

device, which can lead to uneven wear of the brushes and shorten the service life of the brushes. When installing the sensor

under normal circumstances, the selected coupling is a rigid connection. , when the concentricity is less than 0.2mm and

greater than 0.05mm, it is recommended to use elastic connection, and rigid connection can be used. Secondly, when the

torque sensor is used, it should be installed between the power source and load of the two sets of couplings. The power load

And load equipment, fixed firmly to prevent vibration, otherwise the surface will not work properly. On the premise of meeting

the performance requirements, a coupling that is easy to assemble and disassemble should be selected.

The diaphragm assembly transmits the torque generated by the driver to the driven machine and compensates for the axial,

radial and angular offset between the two axes of the unit caused by manufacturing errors, installation errors, deformation

after loading, temperature changes, etc. . Lubrication complicates the system, and often adds new imbalances due to oil and

scale accumulation, further leading to vibration and noise in the shaft system. Under the condition of 300 degrees Celsius, it

maintains its original mechanical properties. This characteristic is unmatched by other highly elastic couplings. When used, it

can be suitable for transmission connections between energy equipment and fans by directly selecting according to the

standards.
