Installation features of various couplings

1. The quin-shaped elastic coupling ensures that the relative displacement of the two shafts is within the rated allowable range of the coupling. Install the two bushings on the shaft so that the tenon faces each other. Use a wrench to fully tighten the screws on one side of the bushing to the recommended in-place torque and insert the quincunx spacer into the fixed bushing so that its claw can contact the bottom of the groove of the bushing. Insert the second two bushings into the quincunx spacer to ensure that the claw can contact the bottom of the groove of the bushing. It's normal that when you insert it, you need the necessary force to do it. Ensure the distance between the two bushings, so that the metal of the two bushings will not contact directly. Fully tighten the screws to their in-place torque and completely fix the two axles on the shaft.


2. The slider coupling ensures that the relative displacement of the two shafts is within the rated allowable value of the coupling. Install the two bushings on the shaft so that the tenon faces each other. Rotate the bushing so that it has a tenon face. Drive the tenon at a 90° Angle. Align the groove of the center slider with one of the tenons and manually insert the center slider into the tenon. Place the axial limit gasket into the bottom of the groove of the center slider. Tighten the screws according to the emplacement torque, and fix the two axles on the shaft completely. Remove the gasket to ensure the necessary clearance between the two bushings and the central slider to balance the axial relative displacement.


3. Clamp coupling Connect the coupling between the two shafts and tighten the lock screw in two stages. Start by tightening the inner screws to half the recommended setting torque, and tighten the outer screws to half the recommended setting torque. For double groove couplings, ensure that there is a gap between the two halves and repeat the above tightening process, starting from the inside and tightening to the recommended .
